In this course, we explore how qualities like warmth, ease, and quiet confidence open the very same door that Buddhists calls enlightenment. When the heart relaxes into appreciation, when trust softens our fear, when peace settles beneath the noise of thought, what remains is clarity itself, radiant and awake.

 

Blending the insights of Buddhism and Positive Psychology, this class invites you to experience meditation not as a discipline of suppression but as a way of befriending life. Through guided contemplations, gentle movement, journaling, and group dialogue, you will learn to nurture emotional states that naturally harmonize body, mind, and spirit. These moments of uplift are not distractions from enlightenment. They are its fragrance.

 

Each session is an invitation to drop the inner effort and allow joy to arise on its own. You will explore practices that dissolve anxiety and self-judgment, cultivate a deeper sense of belonging in the world, and reveal a serenity that does not depend on circumstances.
